Atlanta Recycling Company offers a turnkey recycling program for thrift stores. 

Here’s how the ARC program works

  • Let’s meet! A rep. from ARC will visit your store and work with you to develop the best recycling solution for your store’s needs.  To schedule a meeting, click here.
  • ARC provides all the supplies you’ll need, including: trailer, container or box truck, gaylords, red bags and rubber bands
  • Training is provided for you and your team on best salvage sorting practices
  • Your team implements the process discussed and collects and sorts salvage to be recycled
  • Call or email ARC when ready for pick-up (we suggest one week out)
  • ARC picks up your sorted salvage and refreshes your supplies on your new trailer; it is then transferred to the ARC warehouse where it’s weighed, documented and sorted again
  • You’ll receive a detailed invoice with a breakdown of items received, by category, and payment amount
  • Receive payment for your recyclable salvage
Important:  If the trailer is not fully or properly loaded, ARC will provide coaching to help improve the process and maximize your return of revenue from recyclables.
